Bio: My name is Maria I was born in the city of Mexico, at the age of 9 I moved to the US. My favorite thing to do was spending time with my siblings been the oldest of 3 and seeing my parents struggle financially really pushed me to want more I started working at the age of 17, from fast food to customer service it helped me gain and understand different skillsets and personalities which at the end of the day made me realize that I didn’t like being told what to do which made me want even more . Coming into this program really exposed me to different mindsets and such a different industry that would get me to that end goal. As an owner now I’m able to help individuals that have the drive and belief in themselves to accomplish the goals they have set out. Being in this business has taught me how to value and enjoy the control you have to your future. Whether that’s how many people you want to hire, how much money I can produce, the amount of time I can invest in my people. The process of developing into a better individual and not just in business but in all other aspects of life is the most enjoyable process of this business, although you get put in difficult situations they end up helping you develop a new side of you that you wouldn’t have known. Moving forward with my career as an owner I would like to have an established system in where I’m having a consistent development cycle that by the end of the year we should be able to push out 2-3 promotions!
